I'm Connie and I live in Washington state. This is my first year with BJP. I've done a some beading and a little bead embroidery, though not much.
I'm still trying to decide on a size. I need to keep it fairly small or I will never get anything finished. Tomorrow is Jan. 1, so I better decide!

Hi Connie, this is my first time too. I plan to get started today, at least picking a background fabric.
Pick a size you think you could finish, and also remember it needs at least one bead and as many beads as you like, but it does not have to be "encrusted." I like to choose fabric that becomes an element of the piece in addition to backing.
